PURPOSE:To minimize damages due to missing and crime by differentiating and hierarchizing a parentage card used for transferring critical data regarding money issues, transferring said data to other parental cards with transfer source's content, confirming that there is no influence upon others and backing up a copy. CONSTITUTION:A bank 1 issues a master card 3 including a key capable of opening and closing an account to an account contracter 2, and accepts that if the contracter 2 wants, the bank hierarchically issues a slave card 4 that cannot open and close the account. For transferring data, a transfer source card 22 and a transfer destination card 23 are inserted into the prescribed position of a transfer device 21 and a password is inputted to the card. If the parental relation is recognized, only a previously permitted area is backed up. However, since said area is defenseless against an illegal access, the entire data regarding data transfer is written in a transfer area 24. The right to correct and delete the data is given only to a host computer in the bank. |
