PURPOSE:To melt and spin stably efficiently filaments having anti-weat property, toughness, durability and water resisting property by using polybutyleneterephthalate having specified melting viscosity as base polymer in mono-filaments such as brash suited for polishing. CONSTITUTION:Polybutyleneterephthalate having at least 5,000 poise of melting viscosity is impregnated with 15-50% by weight of grind grains to improve affinity between this polymer and grind grains so that mono-filament having grinding an polishing forces can be melted and spinned stably efficiently without using any adhesives. |
