<p>PURPOSE:To easily automate processes ranging from the working of a short ring to the storing it in a groove thereby to improve the reliability of a bonded part by inserting the ring worked in advance in a ring shape into a cylindrical core by using a conductive material, such as a bare wire or coating wire, and pressing to store it in one or more longitudinal grooves. CONSTITUTION:A short ring coil 14 formed from a conductive material, such as a bare wire, a coated wire or a metal foil in a ring shape is stored in a circumferential groove 11 for a short ring, the leads of a signal coil 13 are led through longitudinal grooves 12, and connected to the terminal 16 of a terminal block 15. The coil 14 is connected to its intersection by winding a conductive material 14a on a round rod 23 as a ringlike short ring 14 having a diameter larger than the outer diameter of a cylindrical core 9, engaged at the position corresponding to the groove 11 of the core 9, retained at one or more parts of the grooves 12 of the core 9, the diameter of the coil 14 is reduced, and the coil is stored fixedly in the groove 11 for the short ring.</p> |
