PURPOSE:To make possible the heating by a heating resistor and the heat radiation from a thin heating cylinder in a short time and consequently the accurate compensation of the control of resin temperature by a structure wherein the heating cylinder is made thin and the heating resistor is provided near the inner wall surface. CONSTITUTION:A heating cylinder 1, the inner surface of which is reinforced by nitrided iron material and at the same time near the inner wall surface of which a heating resistor 3 is provided, is made thin and reinforced by a reinforcing structure 4 at its injection side tip part so as to be mounted to the supporting stand 6 on a mold 5 side. When the plasticizing process of the resin in the cylinder is controlled by controlling the electric power to the heating resistor 3 of the heating cylinder 1, if the frictional heat generated in resin is excessive, the heat is radiated through the thin cylinder layer, while if the heat is not enough, the heat is supplemented by the heating resistor. Accordingly, because of having a little thermal delay, the compensation of the control of the temperature can be accurately performed in a short time. |
