Time switch, especially cooker time switch, having a digital display (2) and a microprocessor as well as switching elements (3, 4) for inputting control functions and an input element in the form of a rotary knob (3) for generating input pulses to adjust the display. A preselection switch (4) that can be reset to a plurality of positions is proposed which in its basic position of "manual operation" opens the control contact of the all-or-nothing relay for the load circuits mechanically. This relay is constructed as a closed-circuit relay, and closes the switching contact in the load circuit upon opening of its control contact. It is possible in this way for the load circuits to be actuated by hand even should the microprocessor fail. <IMAGE> |
