In an emission prevention system having filter stations (1), arranged distributed in space and location, such as for large-scale building sites having on-site canopies in which sand-blasting or paint-spraying operations are carried out, in which each filter station (1) has suitable filter internals (2) for the emissions to be filtered out, optimum disposal of the filter internals, also taking into consideration the use of untrained workers, is ensured by the filter internals (2) in the filter stations (1) being arranged and designed to be easily and rapidly exchanged, by a joint central disposal station (3) being provided additionally to the filter stations (1) or at one of the filter stations (1), by disposal or regeneration of used filter internals (2) being exclusively carried out in or through the central disposal station (3), and by new or regenerated filter internals (2) only being issued at the central disposal station (3) and, preferably, only on return of an equivalent number of used filter internals (2). <IMAGE>
