PURPOSE:To improve the contact or original paper and a document so that piercing faithful to an original image can be executed to the base paper, and to obtain a printed matter having a good flat image in the printing stage, by providing a minute air hole in a thickness direction, on the document, in the pre-stage of flash photoengraving. CONSTITUTION:On both ends of an acicular wheel constituting piece 1, an acicular wheel constituting piece acicular part 1a is formed in an acicular shape. The acicular wheel roller 3 of a prescribed length is formed by making an acicular wheel shaft 2 pass through an acicular wheel constituting piece hollow part 1b, and superposing and sticking many foils. At the time of superposing the foils, the adjacent foils are shifted by the interval of half of a pitch of the acicular wheel constituting piece acicular part. As for the pitch of the foil, <=3mm is desirable, and as for the size of an acicular bottom part, it is desirable that a diagonal line or a diameter is <=1mm. An acicular wheel roller 3 constituted in such way is turned on an original 4, and an air hole corresponding to an acicular part array pattern is formed on the original 4. In this way, by using the original on which the air holes are formed, photoengraving and printing are executed. |
