In a weld element for single loads, in particular in underground operation, consisting of one or more steel sheet billets, forming the part of a joint fixed to the load, and a round blank with a lug which serves as a fixing point and oscillates about the axis of a pin which is partly enclosed by a shell formed at least by one part of the steel sheet billet and having longitudinal edges parallel to the pin, provision is made according to the invention for a cut-out from an elastomeric plate to serve as a brake for the pin oscillation, which cut-out forms a fork, the two prongs of which can be inserted between the longitudinal edges of the shell and the round blank into the shell and serve as handles for placing a pin base which connects the prongs in the fork and fastens the pin to the shell.
