For drawing elongate holes in one stroke, a transparent plate 2 having an arrangement of parallel elongate holes is displaceably guided on a transparent baseplate 1 with the same arrangement of elongate holes in the longitudinal direction of the elongate holes. The guide consists of guide grooves made in the baseplate 1. The elongate holes of the two plates, guided one upon the other, are chamfered from outside and arranged to finish flush with each other on one side. Marking lines 4 with numerical data are provided on the plates, perpendicular to the elongate holes, for adjustable lengths. <IMAGE>
