PURPOSE:To further improve working efficiency by moving a movable post on the base stand, abutting a web material and a flange material being set in both sides and by welding them through automatic welding etc. after temporarily fixing them successively with a hydraulic jack. CONSTITUTION:A web material W is set on the web supporting stands 14 at both ends of movable post 11 and a flange material F is successively dropped into both sides of web material W and it is received by the journal jack 16. Thereby, the predicted welding positions of web material W and flange material F are placed face to face. Thereafter, the post 11 is moved on the base stand 5 by means of a hydraulic jack 9 until the end surfaces of web material W and flange material F are abut against each other. Here, they are temporarily welded. Upon completion of temporary welding, the jack 9 is released and the one side is welded with an automatic welder. Next, it is turned over on the other surface plate, and the other side is welded. |
