In a removable closure cap (3) for the sealed closure of the filling and/or outlet nozzle (2) of a container for liquids, the part of the closure cap (3) covering the opening of the nozzle (2) is provided with a passage (9) bounded by a tubular material part (10). A tap (11) can be inserted in this passage, selectively from the end facing the inside of the container and from the end facing outwards, forming a liquid-tight connection with the closure cap (3).
