The invention relates to a suspensible spacer dowel with a spacer washer and the possibility for suspension. The insulating panels are secured by these and, at the same time, the fabric netting can be braced securely at a uniform spacing. Consequently, intermediate plaster is dispensed with and use can be made of commercially available insulating panels, this involving a considerable reduction in cost. Primarily, the abovementioned system is based on dispensing with plastic finishes and gives priority to mineral materials which can breathe.
