PURPOSE:To separate an input device from a copying device and to make input operation efficient by storing data in a recording medium to be loaded/ unloaded to/from a means for inputting a selected copying condition and loading the medium to a copying machine body. CONSTITUTION:An IC card 116 is inserted into the loading/unloading port of an editor 122, a copying condition is inputted by a cursor key 128 and an input pen 130 and the input data are stored in the RAM of the card 116. After completing positional specification for the edition of an original 124 by the editor 122, the card 116 is unloaded from the editor 122 and then loaded to the copying machine body. Then, data such as an edition mode, the number of copies and a scale factor stored in the RAM of the card 116 are loaded to a RAM 272 of a body control part. Consequently, the display of an LED array 46 is automatically switched and required copying operation can be attained. |
