PURPOSE:To remove unstable type saccharified hemoglobin and to make quick measurement of stable type saccharified hemoglobin by subjecting a sample diluted with a hemolytic agent contg. a reagent for removing he unstable type saccharified hemoglobin to a heating treatment before injecting the same into a sepn. column. CONSTITUTION:The sample blood is diluted with the hemolytic agent contg. boric acid, etc., as the removing agent. The dilute sample is set to a sample table 6 and is sucked by a suction nozzle 7 until a transport tube 20 up to a heat block 8 is filled with the sample. Part of the sample subjected to the heating treatment by the heat block 8 is introduced into a sample loop 11 for weighing and is injected from a sample introducing device 12 into the sepn. column 14. The sample is then subjected to detection and quantitative determination by a detector 16. The quick analysis of the stable type saccharified hemoglobin by high-performance liquid chromatography is thus executed simply by providing the heater.
