USE:A therapeutic agent for cancers and other diseases. PREPARATION:For example, human lymphoma cells are cultured in a medium to allow the products in the culture mixture and the culture mixture is centrifuged to separate the supernatant. The supernatant is concentrated and subjected to ion exchange chromatography, high-performance liquid chromatography and other operations to purify the products whereby the objective T-cell activation factor is obtained.
