PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of automatically generating an optimal level shifter.SOLUTION: A design method of a semiconductor device extracts a first transistor which is included in a first circuit to which a first power supply is supplied and whose gate is connected to the output of a second circuit to which a second power supply having a lower voltage value than that of the first power supply is supplied, identifies whether or not the first transistor shares a source with a second transistor different from the first transistor, connects one transistor in a plurality of previously-arranged third transistors in series between the source and the first power supply when the source is not shared, and connects the two transistors in the plurality of previously-arranged third transistors in series between the source and the first supply when the source is shared.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
