PURPOSE:To make a sure control possible with a simple constitution by providing an engaging part having elasticity in an eject member in accordance with a driving member which is set to the first and the second positions where a tape recorder mechanism part is set to the tape running state and the tape running stop state respectively and constituting the eject member so that the engaging part is engaged with the driving member in the first position and is not interlocked with an eject operating member. CONSTITUTION:An engaging part 34 having elasticity is provided in an eject lever 30 so that this engaging part 34 is engaged with an engaging part 36 of a driving member 35, which is set to the first and the second positions where the tape recorder mechanism part is set to the tape uniform-speed running state and the tape running stop state respective, in the tape running state (uniform-speed running, quick traversing, or rewinding running state), and the misoperation of the eject operating member is prevented surely when the tape recorder mechanism part is set to the tape running state. If the tape recorder mechanism part is set to the tape running state in the state where a cassette cover is not locked by a lock part 32 of the lever 30, the engaging part 34 is deformed by elasticity not to apply a load force to a driving system, and thus the lever 30 is superior in safety. |
