STREAMLINED T-SHAPED INTRAUTERINE DEVICE An intrauterine contraceptive device of a Tatum T shape which carrys copper sleeves on its arms wherein the arm portion carrying the sleeve is of a smaller diameter than the remaining portion of the arm. This arrangement allows for minimization or elimination of an exposed and elevated copper sleeve edge which may abrade the uterus on insertion and/or removal.
