PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition having a storage stability in a long period by dissolving a water soluble diazonium salt and a water soluble high molecular compd., and by incorporating more than prescribed equivalent of a group shown by the formula to the water soluble high molecular compd. CONSTITUTION:The water soluble diazonium salt and the water soluble high molecular compd. are dissolved to a water, or the water contg. a water soluble org. solvent. The water soluble high molecular compd. is composed of either the water soluble compd. having at least one kind of the groups shown by -COO<->X<+> and -SO3<->X<+>, or a mixture of said compd. and the water soluble compd. which does not contain may of -COO<->X<+> or -SO3<->X<+>. Thus, said water soluble high molecular compd. contains at least one kind of >=0.15g equivalent of the groups shown by the formulas -COO<->X<+> and -SO3<->X<+> per 1g of said compd.
