The present invention relates to a sphere molding apparatus having a cooling device, the sphere molding apparatus comprising: a power source (100); an extrusion housing (200), an extrusion screw (300), a cooling device, a nozzle body (500), and upper and lower molding rollers (610, 620). An opening connected with a hopper (210), into which a dough for preparing pellets is fed, is formed in one side of an upper portion of the extrusion housing, and an outlet is formed in the end portion of the other side to be opened. At least one extrusion passage (220) is formed inside the extrusion housing (200) such that both ends of the extrusion passage are opened. The extrusion screw (300) is inserted into the extrusion passage (220) of the extrusion housing (200), and receives power from the power source (100) to extrude the dough while rotating. The cooling device is composed of a cooling jacket (400) installed on the external circumferential surface of the extrusion housing (200). As for the nozzle body (500), a space part formed at an end portion of the other side of the extrusion housing (200) to communicate with the outlet of the extrusion housing (200), wherein the space part for preliminarily storing the dough therein is formed inside the nozzle body (500). The upper and lower molding rollers (610, 620) are disposed in parallel with each other above and below adjacent to a nozzle hole (510) of the nozzle body (500), wherein one or two of the upper and lower molding rollers reciprocate in a length direction of rotary shafts (611, 612) while rotating in a direction of extruding the dough, respectively, and have recesses (611, 621). Therefore, pellets, which are molded from a dough containing food additives, such as a cocoa powder, sugar, a starch-derived raw material, high sweetener, of flavor, are not puffed. |
