The present invention relates to a medicinal herb tea, which has superior sensory properties as well as excellent platelet aggregation inhibitory activity, thereby allowing youth, female, and general person, who have repulsion to herbal medicines, to drink without pressure, to a pharmaceutical composition containing the same, and to a health functional food and, more specifically, to a medicinal herb tea, which contains an extract (Sypjeondaebo 16 gami-tang) obtained by performing hot-water extraction on 26 kinds of medicinal herbs at a high temperature, to a pharmaceutical composition containing the same, and to a health functional food. The hot-water extract (Sypjeondaebo 16 gami-tang) extracted from 26 kinds of medicinal herbs of the present invention exhibits excellent anti-oxidative activity and strong pallet aggregation inhibitory activity, compared with products, such as existing Ssanghwa-tang and Sypjeondaebo-tang extracted from 7-10 kinds of medicinal herbs, and especially, has an excellent effect of alleviating menopause symptoms of 40s to 50s men (depression, anxiety, forgetfulness, phobia, hypoprosexia, burning face, dizziness, dyschezia, sweating hands and feet, insomnia, etc.) and menopause symptoms of women (menstrual irregularity, uterine hemorrhage, depression, anxiety, forgetfulness, phobia, hypoprosexia, burning face, dizziness, etc.).
