The starting material is a silazane polymer obtained by reacting a dichlorodiorganosilane of the formula R2SiCl2 (each R is independently of the other methyl, ethyl, propyl, vinyl or phenyl) with dichloromethylsilane and hexamethyldisilazane in an inert atmosphere at 350-450 DEG C by distilling off the volatile by-products. |
