PURPOSE:To previously prevent the generation of miscopying by always detecting originals by an original detecting means in case of copying two or more originals, and when an original detecting signal is changed, deciding the displacement of an original and automatically executing copying operation. CONSTITUTION:Electric connection of the main part of a copying machine is constituted as follows. Namely, an output signal from an optical sensor 14 and a clock signal from a clock generator 53 are supplied to a microcomputer 52 and an output from the microcomputer 52 is sent to a copy control part 54. When a plural-original copy mode for copying two or more originals is specified, copying operation is executed every detection of an original and the replacement of an original is discriminated on the basis of the change of an original detecting signal. When the replacement of an original is decided, the existence of the original is detected after waiting the passage of a prescribed waiting time and then the copying operation is executed again. The existence of an original is detected in the optical sensor 14. |
