The present invention provides a welding method of a planar heat exchanger. The welding method of a planar heat exchanger comprises: a step of laminating a plurality of heat transfer plates; and a laser welding step of radiating a laser beam to a wire provided toward an end part of a connected portion of the laminated heat transfer plates to be welded. The present invention enables the heat transfer plates to be welded to minimize deformation which can be caused when the planar heat exchanger is manufactured, and sufficiently secures the width of a welded portion to sufficiently secure structural rigidity of the welded portion.
