The present invention relates to a band which performs shoe lift and shoe holder functions, and more specifically, to a band which is used as a shoe lift when the band is unwound and is used as a shoe holder when the band is wound on a shoe. The band comprises: a lifting part which is inserted between a shoe and a heel of a user; a holding part which is arranged on the opposite side of the lifting part; and a curve part which is bent in a ring shape to allow the lifting part and the holding part to come in contact with each other. |
