The present invention provides a red tide damage removing method including a step of pumping up water in a low layer portion below a surface layer portion where red tide is active in a fishing nursery where the red tide occurs so that the red tide is pushed out from the fishing nursery and a step of increasing a dissolved oxygen by supplying oxygen or air with a gas dissolution device to the surface layer portion of the fishing nursery from which the red tide has been pushed out. To this end, a red tide damage removing apparatus according to the present invention may include a pump disposed on a barge, a fishing boat, or a coast near a farm, pumping up the water in the low layer portion below the surface layer portion where the red tide is active in the fishing nursery where the red tide occurs, and causing the red tide to be pushed out from the fishing nursery by spraying the water in the low layer portion pumped up to the fishing nursery and the gas dissolution device increasing the dissolved oxygen by supplying oxygen or air to the surface layer portion of the fishing nursery from which the red tide has been pushed out. |
