The present invention relates to a device for converting characters into Braille, enlarging the Braille and adjusting brightness for a visually-impaired person. The device comprises: a display composed of six spot-like areas and each of which vibrates, when a touch is applied to a character recognition device for a visually-impaired person; a control unit controlling the display; and a display unit configured to make total six blocks around the display area of the device to vibrates, when a finger print is recognized. According to the present invention, a user may directly input and transmit characters through a display of a device. |
