The present invention provides an ICT information circulation system, which generates N closed networks separated from one physical network as much as the number of servers with a network virtualization technique, implements connection control for each generated network and server, blocks a terminal and user which are not allowed, allows an allowed terminal and user to connect a corresponding network, and allows a connected terminal and user to connect to a corresponding server only via an assigned path, thereby being economical and safer. The ICT information circulation system comprises: a terminal; a server; a network for connecting the terminal with the server; and an enterprise management server existing in a network separated from the network, and controlling a connection of the terminal and server connected to the network, wherein the network generates virtual networks which are completely separated from one physical network, as much as necessary, and the enterprise management server controls a connection to the virtual networks for the terminal and each user to block a terminal and user which are not allowed, allows the allowed terminal and user to connect a corresponding network, and allows the connected terminal and user to connect to a corresponding server only via an assigned path. |
