This machine comprises a cutting blade 21 which is mounted on a crane 2, in particular with pivoting arms 3a, 3b, 3c and which can be pivoted in space with the aid of three support pieces 6, 7 and 8 of appropriate shape and which pivot about three axes of rotation 9, 13 and 20 respectively, the orientation and the mutual arrangement of which is such that it is possible to carry out any rotation of the blade 21 which is joined to the most distant of the pivoting pieces 8 by means of the protective housing 22.
