A seaweed-derived raw material is prepd. Thus, edible seaweeds (brown seaweed, green seaweed, etc) are well-washed, treated with hot-water of 90≦̸C, dehydrated using a microwave-dryer to have 60% moisture, and crushed to fine particles. The crush was blended for 20-30min using a blender equipped with a microwave -heater to give a viscous paste. The paste is cooled, shaped into 10kg lump, and freeze-preserved. |
