BARRIER FABRIC SUBSTRATE WITH HIGH FLEXIBILITY AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a flexible barrier fiber substrate. More particularly, the flexible barrier fiber substrate comprises: a fabric substrate; a planarization layer formed on the fabric substrate; and a barrier layer formed on the planarization layer. The barrier layer is prepared by alternately stacking at least one inorganic thin film layer and at least one polymer thin film layer. The fiber substrate of the present invention has barrier characteristics at the level similar to glass applicable to a wearable display or a flexible lighting.
