PURPOSE:To save resources, energy and manpower, by applying a forced back pressure to a screw, with a nozzle being compressed to a resin changing block, when the resin is changed, repeating the screw rotation and injection, thereby completing the resin change in a short time. CONSTITUTION:The resin changing block 1, whose temperature is adjusted, has a pressure yielding mechanism. The resin is flowed from the nozzle 21 through the resin changing block 1. The nozzle 21 is compressed to the resin changing block 1 by a pull back cylinder 22. Under this state, plasticization and injection are repeated, and the stable high pressure is yielded. A gap (d) is suitably set by a pressure adjusting bolt 12. When the screw is rotated with the screw back pressure being applied, the back pressure at the gap (d) is large, and the screw back pressure effectively acts on a surface (e) and an inner wall surface (f). Then slipped shearing stress is applied under the high pressure, and the resin change is accelerated. A heater 10 and a thermocouple 11 are provided in the resin changing block 1 and the temperature is adjusted. |
