A multifunctional exercise apparatus according to an embodiment for achieving the purpose of the present invention includes frame portions, a chin-up bar portion, a leg extension portion, and a weight portion. The frame portion includes side surface covers formed on both sides, is formed on a rectangular space, prevents shaking attributable to exercise, and performs weight supporting. The chin-up bar portion supports the weight of a hanging user doing exercise by being formed between the frame portions. The leg extension portion moves upward a rod formed on one side surface of the frame portion and positioned on an ankle and then moves upward a weight formed in a central lower portion of the frame portion and connected to the rod through a cable. The weight portion lifts a seat while the user pulls a handle formed in an upper portion in a seated state. The side surface of the multifunctional exercise apparatus has the form of a K-shaped frame to protect and support the user. The user can do leg curl standing exercise by changing his or her posture in the leg extension portion.
