Disclosed are an electrolyte for a lithium secondary battery, and a lithium secondary battery comprising the same. The disclosed electrolyte for a lithium secondary battery comprises: lithium salts; an organic solvent; and an organic fluorinated ether compound represented by chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, R_1-O-CF_2-CHF-R_2, R_1 is an alkyl group having C3 to C10 and R_2 is fluorine, an alkyl group having C1 to C10, or a fluorinated alkyl group having C1 to C10. The electrolyte for a lithium secondary battery improves capacity properties and lifespan properties of the lithium secondary battery comprising the same and can reduce low temperature resistance.
