MAKING METHOD OF SYNTHETIC FILAMENTS

Interlaced yarn was produced by the collision of the compressed liquid jet to the travelling multifilament. The compressed air giving part (b) and yarn feed up part (a) was formed in the overfeed zane where the tension of the travelling yarn is almost zero. The angle (x) between compressed air giving part (b) and yarn feed up part (a) is 45≦̸±5≦̸. The interlace nozzle was instalated to satisfy eq. a=0.1b - 0.3b between the diameter of compressed air giving part (b) and the length of yarn feed up part (a).
