PURPOSE:To provide a titled device which bends efficiently long-sized materials to a prescribed shape with a min. working area by positioning and fastening the long-sized materials to prevent the materials from rotation by means of >=3 units of arrayed bending machines then bending successively the materials in a perpendicular direction from outside mechanisms. CONSTITUTION:Plural pieces of long-sized materials are placed on bending mechanisms A which are arrayed at prescribed intervals and are positioned and stopped by means of stoppers 20. Shaft-shaped bending dies 1 of the bending mechanisms A at the right and left ends are projected and the materials are perpendicularly bent by bending rollers 2. The right and left bending rollers are retreated and the bending dies 2 of the mechanisms A on the inside are projected and are perpendicularly bent by the rollers 2. The materials are then perpendicularly bent to a prescribed shape by the rollers 2 of the mechanism A at the center. The stoppers 20 are then loosened and the materials are removed. Since the materials are successively perpendicularly bent by such device, the minimum working area is required and the working efficiency is improved. The number of the mechanisms A is changeable according to a desired shape. |
