The present invention relates to an exhaust gas treatment device of a ship, and more specifically, to an exhaust gas treatment device of a ship capable of reducing nitrogen oxide (NOx) and sulfur oxide (SOx). According to the present invention, the exhaust gas treatment device is disposed on a diesel engine for a ship, and comprises: a scrubber reactor to remove SOx contained in exhaust gas; and an SCR reactor to remove NOx contained in the exhaust gas. The exhaust gas passes through the SCR reactor after passing through the scrubber reactor to prevent the SCR reactor from being poisoned by sulfur oxide.
