<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to automatically recover materials even when the materials of injection-molded products are different from one another a plurality of sprue ducts are provided for recovery and separated sprues are charged in spure ducts, which are different in response to the kinds of material of the separated sprue. CONSTITUTION:In No.2 injection molder, two kinds of raw materials or material A and material B are supplied by being distributed with shutters 19B and 19C. A tray 8, which receives a separated sprue 2B at the predetermined position, is shifted by a carrier 7 driven with a carrier chain 16 to one of 3 positions controlled by one of limit switches 16A, 16B and 16C and tilted so as to charge the sprue to the predetermined sprue duct of 3 sprue ducts 9A, 9B and 9C. In the respective sprue ducts, grinders 10A, 10B and 10C, each of which grinds sprues, and jet selectors 13A, 13B and 13C, each of which mixes sprues with virgin raw material, are respectively and separately provided. Because means to grind sprues and to mix them with virgin raw material are individually provided in each sprue duct, the mixing of different raw material does not occur.</p> |
