PURPOSE:To provide the titled porous forming substance composed of a polymer containing specific pores and having specific thickness and elongation and suitable for forming a structure having curved surface, especially for deep draw forming. CONSTITUTION:The objective forming substance is composed of a polymer (especially preferably a polyurethane elastomer) having a thickness of 0.05-2.0mm and an elongation of >=85%, preferably >=100% and containing pores having length of 0.03-10mm and maximum diameter of 3-1,000mu and inclined <=80 deg. based on the plane. The porous substance preferably has a moisture permeability of >=2,000g/m<2>.24hr and a gas-permeability of >=1,000sec/100cc. |
