PURPOSE:The titled composition suitable for injection molding of large-sized thin molded article, air conditioning unit case for automobile, etc., having extremely weak smell, comprising a polyolefin, vegetable fiber of fibrillated cellulose, metallic soap and an amine type antioxidant. CONSTITUTION:The aimed composition comprising (A) a polyolefin (e.g. PP, propylele-ethylele copolymer, etc.), (B) vegetable fiber consisting essentially of fibrillated cellulose (e.g. fiber obtained by opening and fibrillating old news paper, waste paper, etc.), (C) metallic soap (preferably calcium stearate) and (D) an amine type antioxidant [preferably poly (2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2- diydroquinoline), etc.]. Preferably the blending ratios are 10-60wt.% based on the components A+B of the component A, 0.05-5pts.wt. component C based on 100pts.wt. components A+B and 0.05-5pts.wt. component D, respectively. |
