PURPOSE:A cosmetic having improved safety, good spread, improved adhesivity, covering power and good moldability, forming no water-soluble boron compound even blended with a cosmetic, obtained by treating a cosmetic with boron nitride power treated under a specific condition. CONSTITUTION:2.5g boron nitride powder is put in a quartz or Teflon container, blended with 10mlambda ethanol with stirring, then boiled or boiled and and reduced with 40mlambdal purified water for 1 hour, then the dispesion is filtered, the amount of boron in the filtrate is measured to give boron nitride powder having >=50mug boron based on 1g boron nitride. The boron nitride powder is added to a cosmetic to give a cosmetic suitable for foundation, plushier, cosmetic base, eye liner, pack, etc. EFFECT:Has low deteriorating action on perfume and oils. |
