<p>PURPOSE:A cell which is a cultured and established myelomonocytic cell capable of efficiently producing human-originated gamma-interferon, by genetic recombination by using gene of above-mentioned cell, transplantation of the cell to a warm- blooded animal, etc. CONSTITUTION:When leukemic cells taken from a patient of acute myelecytic leukemia (male, 55 years old) were cultured in vitro, cell growth was noticed after 21 days. The cells were sub-cultured and therefrom one kind of cell was succeeded in stably growing, which was named HBL-38. The cell is the aimed cell to which monoclonal antibodies 3A1, MCS-2, B3/25 and MY-9 show high positive rate in searching for a surface marker using the monoclonal antibodies.</p> |
