PURPOSE:To obtain the titled blend having no characteristics smell of liver, causing no pollution resulting from high-nutrition waste water having high nutritie value, by treating liver with an acid, anaerobically fermenting the liver with yeast, then supplying a saccharide to the fermented liver and subjecting the fermented liver to aerated culture. CONSTITUTION:Liver is treated with an acid to liberate aldehyde, anaerobically fermented with enzyme, then supplied with a saccharide and subjected to aerated culture to give the aimed blend. |
