PURPOSE:To enable the production of a filled and molded article free from split line and to reduce the production cost of the filling mold itself, by using an elastic filling mold having a filling part of the shape of opened bag. CONSTITUTION:The titled apparatus for producing a filled and formed article is constituted of a filling apparatus 40 to fill a filler 11 in an elastic filling mold 10, a solidifying apparatus 60 to solidify the filler 11 filled in the elastic filling mold 10 and a mold releasing apparatus 70 to release the solidified filler from the core of the elastic filling mold 10 by the aid of negative pressure. The elastic filling mold 10 is composed of a filling part 13 of the shape of an opened bag and a stationary part 14 formed near the opening of the filling part 13. |
