PURPOSE:To introduce an extracted sample into a supercritical fluid chromatography means SFC under various time conditions by connecting a supercritical fluid extracting means SFE and SFC via a change-over means and introducing a recycling system to SFE. CONSTITUTION:The SFE is connected with 6-way valves 4, 7, 6 and an extraction cartridge 3 to the outlet side of a sample loop 5 to form a closed circuit. CO2 in the closed cycle is recycled by a pump 8 so that the CO2 contg. extract flows continuously in the loop 5 at all times. On the other hand, the SFC is constituted of a CO2 cylinder 11, a pump 12, the valve 4, the loop 5, an injector 14, a sepn. column. 15 and a detection system 16 when the valve 4 is changed over. The SFC is connected to the SFE via the valve 4. The CO2 contg. the extracted sample flows always through the loop 5 by the recycling in the closed circuit of the SFE. The extracted sample can be introduced into the SFC at proper times by changing over the valve 4 in this state. |
