An oil damper is disclosed consisting of a cylindrical housing open at one end and having a first coupling section on the inner wall, of an intermediate rotor with an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder, these cylinders being coaxial with one another and forming an annular space open at one end, the outer circumference of the outer cylinder being equipped with a second coupling section which interacts with the first coupling section, the intermediate rotor being fitted in the cylindrical housing so as to rotate only in one direction, of a cylindrical shaft rotor which is fitted rotatably into the annular space, and of viscose oil which is firmly enclosed in the annular space.
