An inherently rigid rear roof part (8) can be brought onto an inherently rigid front roof part (6). The front roof part (6) can be swung through 180 DEG downwards into the boot (30) where it is situated in the upper region of the boot, the front roof part bearing flat against it, and the boot lid (26, 46) can be closed. In this arrangement, the capacity of the boot (30) is only reduced a little by the top and the boot remains accessible through the boot lid. <IMAGE>
