PURPOSE:To permit safe and easy start by installing a stepping member at the position where a stepping force can be applied in the reverse direction to the rope pulling direction for starting a recoil starter with respect to a vibrationproof rubber set between an internal-combustion engine and a frame. CONSTITUTION:When the internal-combustion engine X in a frame type engine operation machine Z is started, a foot is set onto the foot loading surface 10a of one foot-setting member 10, and a stepping force in the reverse direction to a starting-rope 6 pulling direction is applied onto a vibrationproof rubber 20 set between an engine body and a frame 1, and the engine is started by pulling the starting rope 6 of a recoil starter 5. Therefore, the engine can be started easily and safely, preventing an operator from missing his foot and preventing the operation machine from shifting and largely vibrating. Further, damage of the vibrationproof rubber is prevented beforehand. |
