PURPOSE:To simplify the construction of a controller for asynchronous fuel injection in the acceleration of an engine, by determining a fuel increase value in terms of the period from the time of opening of an entirely closed throttle valve and the ate of change in that of change in the load upon the engine. CONSTITUTION:A throttle sensor 6 detects the time of opening of a throttle valve entirely closed. A reference value, which increases with the lapse of time from the detected time, is determined. A fuel increase value is determined in terms of the reference value and the rate of change in that of change in the load upon an engine found out by an intake pressure sensor 10. Asynchronous fuel injection is performed by an injector 16 depending on the fuel increase value. This constitution dispenses with a linear throttle sensor. The construction of a controller is thus simplified. |
