发明名称 SUSPENSION CONTROL METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To restrain the change of vehicle posture in a braking condition and enhance comfortability in riding by changing suspension characteristics to the rigid side at the start and the termination of braking and to the flexible side at the intermediate stage of braking. CONSTITUTION:When a vehicle has been turned into a braking condition, suspension characteristics are changed. In this case, the suspension characteristics are changed (S2) to the more rigid side at the start of braking (S1). Also, when a predetermined time has elapsed (S3) from the start of braking, the suspension characteristics are changed (S4) to the more flexible side. And after a predetermined time has further elapsed, the suspension characteristics are changed (S6) to the more rigid side at a predetermined time (S5) near the stop of a vehicle due to braking. More particularly, the suspension characteristics are changed to the more rigid side only at an initial braking stage and a braking termination stage, thereby attaining the restriction of a change in body posture and the improvement of comfortability in riding.
